Changes in my life : Aug 12, 2007

yesterday i decided to change my life .... Return to the active days of my life and care more about myself

this is the turning point of my life

infact it is a turnback since in the past i was as i plan to be now

i will take my divers licence and restart my fitness program

hope that these steps will change my life for good and take me back to the happy days i used to have

hope everyone could save sometime to care for themselves

cause we all need it ....
